Long-Term Stays
Unlike most other hosts, corporate housing is our specialty. We prepare our homes not just to handle the needs of guests staying a few days, but for guests staying for months or years. Not only are our homes better equipped for your needs, our long-term rates are among the most competitive available. Guests staying longer than 31 days will not be required to pay sales tax (saving an additional 17%), and will receive huge discounts on add-on services like pets and parking. Contact us directly if you'll be staying longer than 31 days and we will adjust your quote to remove the sales tax as well as apply discounted parking and pet fees (if applicable).
House Rules
Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to a simple list of reasonable house rules and to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these rules. Please familiarize yourself with our rental agreement when you check out.
Parking
Midtown is a very popular neighborhood, and parking is limited. Parking is metered on the street, and there are paid lots in the area.
We've rented a dedicated, on-site, gated space for our guests and automatically include it for our guests at a rate of $11/nt. Staying long-term We offer discounts for guests staying longer than a week! Just sent us a message prior to booking and we'll send you a quote with the discounted parking rate.
Cancellations+Alterations
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
The same policy also applies to alterations, with the amount of the refund being applied to the new dates. If the alteration just extends an existing reservation while retaining the original dates, there are no cancellation fees – you just pay for the nights you’re adding
We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment) we highlight and clearly explain the terms of our cancellation policy here to make sure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.
