You’ll enjoy this beautifully decorated quiet suburban 1-bedroom apartment with private entrance and parking! Driving times: 30 minutes to Miami and South Beach, 25 minutes to the Everglades, 4 hours to DisneyWorld, 10 minutes to the beach in Ft Lauderdale. This is a self-contained unit with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. although you may want to eat at the many restaurants within just a few minutes drive! Your hosts speak English, French, Spanish, Thai, a little Arabic, Italian and a little Russian
Apartment has central aIr-conditioning with ceiling fans. There is a large closet in the bedroom with a chest of drawers, 2 luggage racks, a desk, end tables with lamps and complimentary wi-if!

One full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster oven, cutlery, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, storage containers and pots and pans.
Host is always available for any questions, concerns, needs!

Great vacation
Loved staying at this property, very clean, excellent location for shopping, close to everything you need, excellent customer service would stay again any time. Thom the host was an amazing guy even cooked me a fantastic dinner one night. How can you beat that!
A Good Choice!
Thom was prompt and thorough communicating with me prior to my arrival. He met me upon check-in to give me the keys, acquainted me with the space and amenities. We found we had some common international experiences. We have booked VRBO's often and found the owners an enjoyable part of the experience. Thom is very personable and eager to know of any specific requests and suggestions. The accommodation was spacious and while I only needed to be there a few days, it would be a good choice for extended stays with full size appliances in the kitchen and a washer and dryer.
Truly a home away from home
This was truly home away from home for my parents. The owners made them feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable and well attended to. I can’t say enough good things about their kindness and hospitality. As a person who travels quite a bit- customer service of this nature can be hard to come by. The apartment itself is perfectly set up and makes the most of the space. I am grateful to have found this gem. It was wonderful to have the laundry right in the kitchen stocked with just the right amount to kitchen needs and even some fun surprises. The furniture was very comfortable and the outdoor space is a peaceful home environment. Thanks so much T&T for the genuine care you put into this rental and into caring for people.
Great place and hospitality!!!
We had an amazing stay. We felt very safe in the surrounding area. The house was very clean and had personal touches that made it feel like home. Thom was amazing as he helped us get situated when we got there, and checked on us periodically while we were there to make sure we didn't need anything. We would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.
Top of the line service and a great place
The first thing that impressed me was how quickly Tom confirmed my reservation request. I was driving from Tennessee and running a bit behind schedule when I received a call from Thom to make sure I wasn’t lost. When I gave him a landmark he confirmed that I was close. In over 40 years of traveling for business this was a first. When I did arrive, Tom was out front to welcome me and proceeded to help with my luggage. The unit was everything I needed and more. Perfect size, great location, quiet & off the busy streets, with quick and easy access to the Turnpike and I-95. During the week I was there Tom check more than once to make sure everything was OK and repeatedly asked if there was anything I needed. I would strongly recommend Chez Nous to anyone who is tired of hotels.
Friendly Relaxing Environment
Thanks to Thom Sacco, I enjoyed a very pleasant 10 day stay at Chez Nous. My apartment size exceeded my expectations and was comfortably furnished. Thom could not have been more attentive to detail during my stay and I highly recommend Chez Nous to anyone interested in staying in a friendly relaxing venue. If I could give 6 stars I would!
Two weeks at Chez Nous
First of all, Thom is an excellent host. He always responds to questions and inquiries, and asked if there was anything we needed in the apartment on several occasions. The apartment is located in a quiet residential section of Tamarac, close to shopping and restaurants, but you do need to have a car. All of the systems in the apartment work well, and it is impeccably clean. It's an older unit, but it has been comfortably renovated. The air conditioning works quite well, and unlike some places, it is very quiet. The cable TV service is excellent, with many premium channels included. We heartily recommend Chez Nous for anyone seeking a comfortable, quiet getaway in South Florida. We stayed for two weeks in January, and it was a great value.
