The apartment was very clean. The only thing is the second bedroom should have a t.v. Having a garage to park the car in a garage was a plus. The location of the apartment was great. Close to all sights bars and great restaurants. Even if the weather is not good still so much to do. Great city to visit!!
The hardest part was finding this on the internet. There are tons of positives -booking, confirmation, instructions for key pickup etc. was easy as pie. Excellent unit - clean, spacious, well equipped. Exceedingly helpful and friendly staff. There were only two "negatives" - without GPS finding the Avenir was a tad difficult (but once found its a great location - 100 metres from TD Centre where the Bruins play!) and the building allows pets (lots of cute dogs but could be a problem for people with allergies. Overall, if I return to Boston, the Avenir is my first choice.
Apartment was clean and fully supplied with everything you can think of. We cane with small children so this made life easier. We will be back.
2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the downtown area within walking distance to good restaurants and pubs. All the amenities including WIFI, TV, stove, microwave and full size refrigerator. Very secure building access. Everything worked well. One bedroom had a bed too large for the room, and no dresser. The other bedroom was a good size and had a dresser. The rooms were clean and comfortable. As far as areas for improvement, the apartments are getting to the point where they need a fresh coat of paint, there was no container for recyclable materials and there was no facial tissue in the room. It also seemed like the street noise was louder than expected considering we were on the 9th floor.
Within spitting distance of more Irish pubs and other eateries than you could wish to visit in a week. A short walk to most of Boston's places of interest. Clearly pet friendly since there were lots of great dogs staying at the property. The lifts failed briefly leading to a walk up 9 floors but I'm sure this doesn't happen often.
