Stayed Jan 28, 2025Nice place with great staff. Not their fault but for our experience we didn't have water for our first day, couldn't even use a toilet which was a problem. Finally got water next day but then it was cold for showers until next day. Rented a golf cart on property and with only one trip to town it was out of gas and we were told we should've filled it and it was our fault/blamed us (we filled it full after that and made 3 trips to town and hardly used any gas so we know we received it empty) our fault for not verifying it was full when we first received it. Wifi was a struggle and did not work the entire time. Needed to briefly do work and couldn't get a solid connection or the tvs to work which all required wifi no hard wire for service. Also coming home late at night going past the bars that are closed there are vicous pit bull dogs running loose trying to bite your legs as you drive by, this happened twice. The beach was very beautiful though and Javier and Mary were amazing hosts and really saved our trip from being a problem.
