    Location is great. Beachfront goes forever. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Unit was clean and the owner appears to be working on upgrades. Bedrooms are nice, both have TV’s, no closet in 2nd bedroom which has a double-size trundle bed that will sleep 3 and is separated from kitchen with a partial wall and a blind. The upholstered bench is not a bed. Living room has very uncomfortable seating for 3, and no TV. Bathrooms have some nice upgrades. There is no barbecue with the unit, a charcoal bbq is available by the pool area. The balcony has a great view with seating for two at best. Air conditioning works well, full size washer and dryer are an asset. Kitchen could use some utensils, glassware, etc. which I will suggest privately to owner as it is important only if you want to cook.

    We loved staying at Quintas Del Mar 1! The condo was clean, and equipped with all the essentials. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Lots of friendly helpful people that rent or own condos. We loved the quiet atmosphere. The beach was so nice! Downfall- Drain in both showers not the best. Only other negative is furniture in the living room area not very comfortable. Great that we got to meet Maria the owner! Give it a rating of 9/10 !
