Location, location, location!! West of the 5 in Solana Beach! Clean, Cozy & Close to the Del Mar Race Track, the Beach, Cedros Design District and the train station! A private & completely separate apartment located above the garage unit with no shared walls or ceiling. French doors open up from both bedrooms to the balcony, where you can enjoy your coffee overlooking nature. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a short walk to the lagoon. Walk or ride your bike to the beach or track!
This is a 2-bedroom apartment, with a living room, full kitchen and full bathroom. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed. Bedroom #2 has a day bed that converts to a king size bed or can be used as a single. There are stairs going up to the unit from a private entrance, with lots of storage in the entry way.
You can walk or bike to most things and one of the things we love about Solana Beach is there is lots of free parking - at the beach and in Cedros Design District. Downtown San Diego and the airport is a short 20-30 minute drive or train ride.
* A family does live on the main level of the home, and this is a quiet neighbourhood on a cul-de-sac. Respect for both is expected. Backyard is unavailable for use. Laundry is shared in garage. We accept dogs (please check in with us first, and do not accept cats).

Location was wonderful for walking my dog and the trailhead to the lagoon was terrific. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Had a great month!
On the second floor, with windows on all sides, the unit fills with natural light and cool breezes. The unit is tastefully furnished and decorated and exudes pride of ownership. The neighborhood is pleasant for walking and jogging, and the trailhead to the lagoon is just up the street. The unit is in the midst of all that Solana Beach has to offer and provides easy access to I-5. Many thanks to our hosts!
Friendly helpful hosts, a comfortable space, and a good location for us - quick to get on the highway to head south into the city or north to Legoland and other attractions.
We enjoyed our stay. Chris and family are friendly but not at all intrusive. The apartment is private and well equipped. The location is convenient with shopping, restaurants, entertainment and recreation nearby. It was a good value and we would stay here again.
