It was supposed to be a stay for two couples. But, the ladies couldn't make it to support our baseball tournament, so my best friend and I stayed by ourselves. Property is on the bottom floor of a two-floor 4-plex. All items in apt. worked. No issues. AC works great (though we rarely used it). No cable/satellite, but all TVs (living room and each bedroom) have Smart TVs. Wireless inside unit is very fast. Cell phones, tablets, laptops, and Smart TVs all worked smoothly. Major selling point was the bedroom layout. Each bedroom had a king-sized bed and it's own bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Linen, dishes, towels, and a host of extra items made the place feel like home. Host knew that four of us were coming so she even supplied four beach chairs, four beach towels, and a beach cooler! I can't say enough about our host. Constant communication. EXTREMELY quick to reply on questions. She even provided suggested eateries, fishing info, and grocery store info. We were on the island when Hurricane Nicole came through. All she cared about was that we evacuated for our safety. She even refunded us for the night we evacuated. I never met her, but felt as though we made a new friend. It was more like renting from a friend than renting through an agency. Will DEFINITELY rent here again. The only reason I gave her five stars for communication is because I couldn't give more. Good property. Great location. Fantastic Host!!!!

First off, this property is much larger and more spacious then you can even talk from photos and essentially has 2 masters. Also, the location is unbeatable. It is directly across the street from the nicest resorts and beaches! All rooms and large living room have large flat-screen and nice furniture. There was even a small workspace desk area that didn't see in pictures, that worked great for remote work. Most importantly, the property was super clean and in the nicest and most safe neighborhood, and the hosts were super great to work with and very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back for sure! Trust us, this is the best place in the area for the money!
