There are a dozen good restaurants, each unique in the food they serve, very reasonable prices, within 1 minute walking distance, in the immediate neighborhood. You will not run out of choices for what you want to eat. There is also a fully supplied food / grocery store, right next to our building. This is a mixed use building, it has a feel to it, like the ones back east, or in Europe. You are totally private inside, yet, you walk out of the building and you are on Westwood Blvd., with all it has to offer, from restaurants, grocery stores, and shops to boutiques and entertainment. All in the immediate surrounding. There is a dry cleaner agency, an excellent family owned home made food restaurant and a convenient store on the ground floor of our building. The unit has hardwood flooring, and is furnished with brand new furniture, flat screen HDTV, free WIFI, double size bed (can sleep 2 comfortably), with all new and clean bedding, clean sheets, pillows with cover, and blanket, night stands, and dresser. We will provide you with an air mattress, complete bedding, for the 3rd guest in your party. Vertical blinds, full tiled bath with tub shower. 1 assigned, free gated parking, on the premises. The building is on Westwood Blvd., one small block south of Santa Monica Blvd. Minutes to UCLA, Century City, Down Town LA, beaches and freeways. 3 min bus ride to UCLA. UCLA shuttle bus stops in front of the building, or walk 15 min to UCLA. Neighborhood is very safe, very centralized, near all. Cleaner agency and fast food Mediterranean restaurant at the ground floor of the building. Public transportation within 1 min walk, will get you anywhere in town in no time. Basic essentials (shampoo, paper towels, toilet papers, etc.) are supplied for the first week of your stay. You must replenish them if you are staying for a longer time period. Clean towels and sheets are provided, and you can wash them yourself, for a longer stay, using the washer dryer at the sub level parking structure. We can provide a total cleaning of your unit, including new sheets, towels, and the essentials, for a fee equal to the original cleaning fee. We can do this weekly, biweekly or anytime you wish. You must request this service in writing and pay the fee before it is done. Please do not ask to inspect the unit, before you book it. We are fully occupied at all times, and never disturb our guests to show their suites to others. We respect our guest's privacy, diligently.
