LA ENZA is a rarity. Located on the fifth floor, in a prime position overlooking San Pietro Gate dated back to 500s, inside the walls of Lucca.
LA ENZA is flooded with light, it has an extensive view over the city of Lucca and the surrounding hills and it is close to an impressive number of restaurants, bakeries and fantastic groceries. This is one of the most renowned residential neighbourhoods right in the heart of Lucca, where you can experience authentic Italian luxury.
LA ENZA is elegantly furnished to a high standard, with custom furnishings, deluxe upholstery and fully air conditioned: a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom and an additional bathroom.
The laundry room has washer, dryer, iron and board.
The dining area connects the fully equipped kitchen and the living area, a French window opening onto a charming little balcony provides exceptional vistas across the surrounding squares and monuments to some of Lucca’s most iconic landmarks.
The apartment is provided with a very reliable wifi connection provided by the national phone company.
The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, full size freezer and refrigerator, toaster, microwave, American and Italian coffee makers and a wide selection of cooking utensils, including wine glasses and a corkscrew!
Checking - in after 8.00pm is possible in request with a late check in fee of 50 euros, to be paid upon your arrival. After midnight, the late check in fee increase to 100 euros.

A beautiful apartment with amazing views. Be prepared for the 75 steps, but well worth it. In the evening we were lucky enough to be able to watch the starling murmuration's. The apartment is in an excellent, central location. It is very clean and well equipped
We had a perfect week in Lucca. My brother and I brought our father to Lucca so we could visit his grandparents villages just north of the city. We had perfect weather and the apartment was perfect. Great location by the main gate, easy walk to parking the car and train station. The view was stunning. Thank you ! We will be back again soon. Apartment was clean, cozy and well appointed. Had a lovely stay in lucca. Our third time visiting and sidrak’s listing did not disappoint. Perfect location at the south of the city which has a great vibe. Close to the train station with excellent links. There are alot of steps up to the apartment. It didn’t bother us at all but just to be aware.
The apartment was beautiful, very clean and had everything needed for a family holiday. The location was super and we really enjoyed Lucca - a gorgeous place to visit. Thank you Chiara for helping us to arrange a wonderful holiday.
This place was well appointed and had lovely views. Over 65 stairs to the top, but the view is worth it. Very nice accommodations. We had a private cooking class and plenty of space. Enjoyed the balcony at night. Close enough to walk to train station.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Check in was very well coordinated and we appreciated all the excellent information in the welcome book. As others have noted, the apartment is on the 5th floor, so packing light is advised. But, it’s worth it as it’s a beautiful spot just inside the walls.

This is a fantastic flat. Beautiful views, the location is perfect and so much to discover in Lucca for a small city. The train station also makes it easy to get to Florence, PisaViareggio. The flat was exactly as it is in the pictures and spotlessly clean.

Manuel was super friendly to arrange a bottle of wine as I asked for it as a surprise for my friends. He also had great advice about what to see and do around Lucca. The apartment had the most beautiful view over the wall of Luca. Also its easy to walk from a free parking spot to the apartment itself.

Absolutely beautiful space! Very comfortable and lots of thoughtful touches... Well located near the walls so you can easily walk around townhead out for day trips. Would happily come again in the future!

This was a beautiful apartment in a great location. The five flights of stairs to get to it were worth every step. Property mangers were always available and helpful.
Lovely little apartment just inside the city walls with walking distance everywhere. Nice, clean and well laid out apartment on the top floor. Quite a few stairs to climb but beautiful views as a reward. Sonia received us with a smile and provided a us with a booklet full of local tips. Some of the tips were out of date but most very useful and good insider tips.

Amazing penthouse overlooking the walls and the hills of Lucca. Sidrak was very responsive and helpful in every way, great location right near parking, and excellent interior design and layout. Must be the best apartment in all of Lucca!
