My place is close to restaurants and dining and family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The laundry room is a coin operated. You do have access to this.

Note: Once you confirm your reservation, you will need to complete your guest portal in order to receive your check-in instructions. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). 2 pets are allowed in the property but we charge a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee of $50 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 8 PM CT to address your questions and concerns. For any food deliveries, Door Dash, McDelivery (McDonald's), GrubHub, 2eatn, Bite Squad, and Uber Eats will deliver them all to you. Normal sleeping capacity is 4 but we allow up to a maximum of 6 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 5th-6th guest. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $25 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Central. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Central will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Central. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

Interaction with Guests:
I am on site Mondays through Fridays 8 am - 5:30 pm and Saturday from 8 am - 12:00 pm. I am also available after hours via the phone number listed in the apartment.

The Apartment was great. Was in town for my son's BCT graduation. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy a family dinner. Living room had a great couch and smart TV. Rooms were great size and comfy. Definitely would recommend.

It was quit and charm. Comunication was good. Check in good. Everything was ok except for the heat, it needs another a/c unit or pedestal fan. We had to buy two fans.

We booked this apartment with 5 girls to visit my daughter who is expecting, we threw her a babyshower and we came from ga. Im gonna be honest, when we arrived the place looks rough from the outside, but it was super quiet, neighbors were very friendly, the apartment was super clean, and the management is amazing, checked on us via messages the entire time. There are some things I wish the apartment had, like mirrors in the bedrooms, for getting ready, hard for us with 5 girls and one mirror, a toaster, we ended up buying one, and ac in the bedrooms, we bought box fans for the bedrooms, because there is only one ac unit in the livingroom, the sink in the bathroom has a slow drain, so we had to wait a few mins in-between time to brush our teeth for the sink to drain, and the light in the bedroom wouldn't turn off unless the fan was off too, so I had no ceiling fan at night in the bedroom, but those are small things, i travel all the time, and i only rent houses, condos, cabins, etc, and i will definitely stay here again, esp since James did such an amazing job! Thank you for letting us stay
