Singer Island is a spectacular waterfront community in South Florida surrounded by sandy beaches and clean turquoise waters. Sitting on the Atlantic coast in Palm Beach County, it lies mostly in the city of Riviera Beach. Parts of it also extend south towards the town of Palm Beach. It is named after renowned Palm Beach developer Paris Eugene Singer, son of Isaac Singer of the Singer Sewing Machine fame. The peninsula, which was supposedly bought by Singer for a mistress who turned it down, has grown to become a highly sought-after, upscale condo community and popular destination for vacations.
The South Florida neighborhood offers some of the best opportunities for owning a luxurious oceanfront home in the Palm Beach County area. Inventory includes single-family homes and condominiums, with the latter being in the majority. Many of the condominiums are located directly on the ocean or the intracoastal waterway, with impressive waterfront views and premium real estate prices for waterfront units. The climate of the area makes it quite popular among home buyers seeking a friendlier, warmer environment.
The subdivision lies in the proximity of Florida State Road A1A which links to U.S. Route 1 and Road 708 - access is possible via Blue Heron Boulevard in the South. It is located less than 5.5 miles away from North Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, and Palm Beach Gardens.
