Royal Oak Hills, is a subdivision in east Boca Raton, Florida of single family homes.. There are 2 sections of Royal Oak Hills, one with 313 parcels and one with 397. Most of the homes built Royal Oak Hills were constructed in the 1960's. The majority of the homes were built of concrete block, and consisted of 2 to 4 bedroom designs with garages or carports, and marketed as retirement and second homes.
