I am moving out of state for work, which is why my roommate and I are looking to have two great backfills to move in next month (mid-Dec. 2017) - otherwise we could definitely be here for the next few years. This apartment in Northbridge at The Village is truly amazing. It is gated, with open parking and an option to have a covered spot, and there is an immediate sense of safety and security that is really comforting. The apt. is on the first floor and there is minimal noise from the surrounding apartments to the complex itself. It is just far enough from the leasing office and two gates but if you wanted to walk to either, would take just a few minutes. 2 bed/2 bath, huge kitchen/dining room and living room. Full size W/D connections (I have a washer and dryer I would consider selling as well that is pretty much in new condition). If you are looking for a place that is close proximity to shopping, Lower Greenville, many F&B options, and the freeways, this apt. goes above and bey Pet Restrictions
