The Ken Pridgeon Stadium is a football stadium that acts as the field for all Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District’s varsity football games. Back in May of 2014 the stadium received $40 million to help upgrade the stadium as part of a $1.2 billion bond referendum. The project took place in two parts. The first part took care of upgrading the parking lot and improving the lighting. The second part focused on the actual stadium. Things like a new two story press box, updated restrooms, an upgraded concession stand and brand new ticket booths were among the list of upgrades.
