Pearland is in Brazoria County, Texas with portions extending into both Fort Bend and Harris county. Shadow Creek Ranch
The largest and most well-known development here in Pearland is the “Shadow Creek Ranch.” This development is located just a few minutes away from Houston’s downtown business district as well as the Texas Medical Center and Hobby Airport making this the perfect place to live if you do not work right in Pearland. Shadow Creek Ranch is a 3,500 acre community that offers up gorgeous views as well as almost 300 acres of lakes. There is also more than 400 acres of parks and a 22 mile stretch of hiking and biking trails.
