The Seller said there is an overgrown abandoned County road that provides access to the land, but an adjacent property owner has prohibited the use of it.. Two separate parcels are being sold. Wicomico Tax Map 17 Grid 10 Parcel 68 with 15.086 acres and Wicomico Tax Map 17 Grid 11 Parcel 64 with 1.626 acres, for a total of of 16.71 acres are being offered for sale. The Wicomico County Assessment records incorrectly show the parcels have 16 and 2 acres respectively, but a recent boundary survey shows the parcels have a total of 16.71 acres. As is often the case, the parcel maps are not drawn accurately. Please see the recent boundary survey for an accurate description of the parcels being offered.
