Isle of Normandy Ocean Side, Miami Beach
Isle of Normandy Ocean Side is a subdivision of the city of Miami Beach. It was created from the natural swampy land of Warner-Meade Island by Henri Levy, an Alsace native who also played a pivotal role in the 79th Street Causeway's construction. This North Beach neighborhood is such a wonderful place to own a waterfront home.
