Clearwater Florida is a city in Pinellas County on Florida’s Gulf coast. The local school system has also put in a concerted effort to increase the number of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Academies at the schools to “… better prepare students for the global demands of the 21st century.”
