The Mizner Park Neighborhood is an area of the city of Boca Raton comprised of many small platted subdivisions. Many of the subdivisions are only a few blocks in size. Some these smaller subdivisions include "Whism", "Kings Court", "Boca Villas", and "Bermuda Square" . This area of town is one which goes by many different names; the most common however are "Mizner Park" and the "Golden Triangle". The Golden Triangle name comes from the shape of this section of town, being the triangular shape area which sits just east of the Mizner Park mixed use downtown commercial area.

This commercial area is home to many restaurants and shopping options as well as office space and residential rentals units. There are no single family homes in the Mizner Park mixed use compound, but just east of it is the residential neighborhood of the same name.

Most of the single family homes built in Mizner Park / Golden Triangle were constructed in the late 1950's and 1960's. The majority of the homes were built of concrete block, and consisted of 2 to 4 bedroom designs with garages or carports. Even though this neighborhood is close to the Intracoastal Waterway, no homes here have canal or waterfront access, however most of the homes in "Golden Harbour", which boarders Mizner Park on its north end are waterfront lots.

This area has skyrocketed in value during the last decade. Being on the east side of the city and within walking distance to "Mizner Park" and the beach, it is now one of the premier places to live within the city. Many of the older homes are being raised and replaced with much larger, modern and more expensive homes.

Palmetto Park Road is the southern boundary of this area, with the mixed use commercial property of "Mizner Park" the western boundary and 5th Avenue being on the eastern edge.
