Please PRESENT YOUR OFFER DIRECTLY TO THE SELLER.

Do NOT include listing broker as a required signature on your paperwork. We will NOT be signing the sales agreement or addenda. ByOwner.com will be the listing office but will not be signing the sales agreement or addenda.

Please note the following:

  • 1. Selling broker will receive the commission posted in the MLS.

  • 2. Selling broker has permission to contact the owner directly and negotiate directly with the seller. Selling broker may send all purchase and sale agreements to owner directly using state approved forms and contracts.

  • 3. Listing Broker will be receiving a fee at closing. Selling Broker to email [email protected] the fully executed agreement & Title/Closing Attorney Information. Listing Broker will make it pending and give you credit in the MLS.

  • 4.Selling Broker to email [email protected] a signed HUD Statement/CD/ALTA immediately after closing to update the MLS and get credit for the sale.

  • 5. Selling broker may claim all Board of REALTOR’S and million dollar club volume.

  • 6.Lastly, confirm with the owner how you can access the property throughout the transaction. Their contact information will be listing in the “Private / Broker Remarks”.
