After 4 years of running a bed and breakfast, we decided we needed a little more flexibility with our lives. We moved into the B&B and are now renting the innkeepers quarters (which has 2 en-suite bedrooms, a great room and a private patio) as a self catered B&B. This unique concept has proven to be very successful for us, providing income and flexibility. Keeping with the B&B tradition we greet our guests and supply them every amenity you would find in a luxurious B&B, without the breakfast.
We are located a few blocks from Duke of Gloucester Street in Colonial Williamsburg and across the street from the College of William and Mary, making this the perfect University Lodging for short or long term rentals.
In addition,there is600 sq. ft. of living space over the garage for some added privacy which could be used as an office, pool room, etc. We also have two fireplaces in the main house and one in the rental.
The Inn is turn key, completely furnished, includes our online RezOvation booking engine, 2014 reservations, website and B&B license. With little or no effort the Inn can be easily turned back into a 4 room B&B (with guest kitchen) and a 2000 sq. ft. innkeepers quarters. We already have the B&B license. Don't forget the extra room over the garage!
For added privacy, no matter what you decide to do with the property, there is a private courtyard for both sections of the house.
