La Costa Brava limits the % of rentals. Yay for homeowners but not great for anyone looking for an investment rental. There is currently a waiting list for rental "permits".
The homeowner is a commercial real estate agent and is selling the condo "For Sale by Owner".
Owners would be interested in a very short term "rent-back" agreement after closing for 1-2 months. They are remodeling a new home currently and may need a few weeks to move if they receive a quick offer.
