HOA - Very inexpensive at $150 covers snow removal and external yard upkeep. Sprinkler system in yard. Beautiful garden in backyard with deer passing through almost daily, was always fun to see the fawns each year! Nice neighbors, quiet area, close to high school, short walk to downtown with great restaurants, wine and beer as well as the river area which in a nice area to just hang out or go fishing. Very reasonable property taxes have been floating between 2100-2250 since I owner the condo in 2011.
