Zillow's listing offering meets metered optimism

This move makes perfect sense, not from the listing side, but from the "totality" of information side.
Imagine a day , that no matter how you help people list homes (FSBO, Discount or full service) the local service pulls from a miraculous database that already has the information you spend hours getting!...
Photos, taxes, square footage, sky photos, etc etc etc. In my 18 years in this business. I never met a seller who knew their tax map number. This could be the oasis we all need in this industry. Information,AUTO-FILLING into thousands of MLS, FSBO, Bank, Appraisal and consumer sites. I applaud it.
Seems to me the local service provider , be it: agent, broker, FSBO operation , or soon to be Bank? in cooperation with owners - will always be the majority lister and maintainer of listings( "customers")
